In Minnesota, we thankfully have the Doe v. Gomez ruling which insured reproductive health coverage for low income women in the state. This has allowed clinics to help patients apply for Medical Assistance through the state to pay for procedures; the only drawback to MA is that the reimbursement rates are 60% of the

His ego was on full display today. I don’t think he will ever come to terms with the fact that not everything revolves around him, or is influenced by him.

I can’t believe I got through the whole thing with only taking one short break.

Hey, I’m only 31, won’t have kids, but my wife and friends have been calling me a “dad” or “old man” for at least 5 years. Plus I’m the most curmudgeonly guy on the block and will peak out a window at ANY sound outside. “What are those damn kids up to now?”

I totally appreciated “The Rule of Cool.” During one of my campaigns, we had a player that REALLY wanted to craft. So I told him, “If you can come up with a plan, if that plan seems realistic to your character, and you’re willing to put the work in to find ingredients, you can craft.” And he did. By writing everything

I’m a big fan of this. It touches on my view of editorial pages, in that, if something is likely to create dialogue, introduce interesting perspectives, and/or amuse without simply trolling/being an asshole, then it adds to the community.

I’m also a big fan of finding gins local to your area. Since they are an infused neutral spirit, they are often the first things craft distillers put out. I’d recommend the line of gins from Vikre and specifically their Cedar Gin.

This is the only response.

This doesn’t surprise me.  If they can charge $10 (US) for a “happy hour” bottle beer than they don’t have a lot on hand.  Also, bar owners just made a ton of money.

Thank you all for the constant updates.  This situation deserves continued reporting.

And here I was asking myself this morning when The Last Kingdom would be back.  Huzzah!

I appreciate this analogy. And now I’m hungry.

Quam is such an ass. As you can expect, he love’s being on the wrong side of history. He’s Anti-abortion access, hates trans* individuals, and would really appreciate it if you could refuse service to people because of their sexual orientation.  Duane Quam, a REAL winner.

Any state that makes it MORE difficult to vote needs to take a good long look in a mirror and question their “love” of democracy.

This, but I can leave the nuts out. I actually do the same thing with the sugar when cooking mine!

Thank you for covering this. Here in Minnesota I don’t find that it is receiving enough attention. I know that I can’t vote for Ellison and will likely skip over the AG race altogether. I really wish though that Monahan could find a trusted, neutral observer, to show the film to so that someone else could come out and

Oh thanks! Not familiar with that one. Tend to lean single malt usually (thus the price point problem) but a good blended always has a place.

Really happy to see Far North’s Roknar on the list. They put a lot of effort into all of their spirits.

The morning after a couple of nights of holiday festivities (read late night parties) I was driving through my small hometown with a friend. Far too sleep deprived. Didn’t notice a stop sign (it was partially hidden behind a tree until 20 feet from it) but DID notice the person coming down the hill in time to get most

When visiting a pub in London last year my wife had the vegetarian fish and chips. The fish: breaded, fried strips of halloumi. Let the cheese-as-meat trend carry on!

My wife and I were there last year during our honeymoon. Here’s what I can suggest:
