Stay tuned to what? EMP, people, have you heard of it?

When I was there almost 25 years ago, Republic of Sakha was preferred over Yakutia; has that changed?
Purchased a device from Grenco and was told six months later, “...we have discontinued that product for ground material, and liquids. It is only made for solid concentrates now.” So I’m out the cost of the device, as the discontinued product is required for operation. Be advised. I’m not buying from Grenco again.

“Let’s get the hell out of here....”
And who could forget the Elcaset? JVC put 1/4" reel-to-reel tape into a cassette-like shell and ran it at 3 3/4" inches per second, so you could get none of the performance of a reel-to-reel, and lots more hassle. IIRC, Sharp and JVC were the only two companies that brought player/recorders to market and they were…
How about the CED video system from RCA? A disc you never touched, enclosed in a sleeve that was fully inserted into the player, read by a stylus that tracked in micrograms, and introduced almost concurrently with LaserDisc, which blew it out of the water as far as performance.
The British Museum has (has?) a display of Greek sling bullets from the fourth century BC that have a winged thunderbolt on one face, and the words ‘Take That’ on the other.

Feeder we’re using has ten stations, and we’ve often had a full house, with 5-6 orbiting and waiting. Rufous are most belligerent; the Magnificent, though, just dominates whenever he comes by. Twice as big as the other species, and the wingtone is almost an octave lower.
Feisty, indeed, but also quite social; we’ve had as many as four species (Anna’s, Black-chinned, Magnificent, Rufous) feeding simultaneously at our feeders.

The Jetsons, The Flintstones, and Jonny Quest were all aired in primetime in the 60s.
Jonny Quest. Action, cool locations, SCIENCE, and the best theme song ever. 1964-65.
Our species sucks. Thankfully, some individuals rise above and produce things like this.
No Jeff Wayne's 'War of the Worlds?' No Alan Parsons 'I, Robot?'
All of them, Charlie....
