how are the 400 women and children locked in the bowls of a capsized trawler the greek coast guard likely caused doing again? Who give a fiddlers fuck over the 5 darwin award recipients time of death.
Muppet Tron.
yep, give me parody remakes or give me remakes of bad and/or cult movies that have a good core and deserve a second chance. Give me a live action treasure planet, a remake of Atlantis. don’t give me a live action lilo and stitch. the original was already perfect and I don’t see any way to improve it.
Hell if they just…
I think Miguel is blinded by his obsession with the Canon. Yes, Mumbattan was exposed to a massive incursion, but that was due in no small part to the Spot goosing his powers via the collider.
The first time that Uncle Aaron was ever the Prowler was in the Ultimate Universe, followed by the PS4 game and now the Spider-Verse movies. Up until that point, Prowler was originally Hobie Brown, but I guess they figured it was too confusing to have him be be both Prowler and Spider-Punk in difference universes.
The “are you in?” speech was both a narration for the audience and a representation of the speech she gave to the different Spider-People who were shown with her at the end.
Donald Glover’s Prowler doesn’t even need to be the Donald Glover from Homecoming. The MCU already established Variants can look like each other.
I’m not saying 42 Peter Parker is going to be powered, just that Miles might believe he’s someone he can trust.
Yeah, for that first question the answer is “just look at the device’s history and see where the last transmission went.”
Yeah I didn’t think there was any lingering question at all as to how Earth 42 Miles became the Prowler. With no Spider-Man in that world to look up to and Jefferson dead, he follows the example of the only male role model he has in his life.
Yeah, I think Miguel genuinely believes that breaking canon events will destroy that universe, but the movie indicates that he’s wrong.
I think the answer to “how did Universe 42 Miles become the Prowler” is pretty clear in the subtext of the movie already. With Jefferson dead, Miles leans on his uncle as a father figure, and falls into the same criminal lifestyle. He gets the tech from the same place as the Prowler in the first movie, presumably…
I may be misremembering it, but I think that was a fourth wall break question to the audience. Like, will you be here next March?
So annoyed with the captain plot. I really hope it’s a ruse.
To the first question, Spider-Byte should be able to answer that easily. If it’s known (as it seems to be among most of the characters) that Miles’s spider isn’t from his dimension, Spider-Bye (who operates the device that sends people to their own dimension) would likely know it scans the spider, not the invidividual.
I wouldn’t say I’ve openly cheered or clapped, but during Endgame I definitely let out an audible “Oh SHIT!” when Cap picked up Thor’s hammer. Most of my theater was cheering.
“Cor’ blimey! Tha’s the Daredevil, tha’ is!”
My monocle popped out, guv.
“Hailing from London, Cox is presumably unused to such applause.”
