Archer is such a perfect show. I can easily lose a few hours some days of turning on FXX and letting a couple of the early Simpsons episodes end up with the “Archer after Dark” block.

Neither am I. ;-)
How to Turn a B-21 Bomber into Air Force One in One Simple Step!
Something tells me you haven’t gone down a strip in a sub 12 second car. You don’t need a manual to get your jollies. Its being pinned back, feeling the torque, and watching everything whip by at a crazy rate. P.s. I love manuals.
Demon ADRs come with wide front tires as spare DRs for the rear. They come with skinnies that are made to be put on the front at the track.
Especially if there are spectators around to distract the Mustang.
Of course. Isn’t every French child issued one at birth and required to have it on their person at all times?
Obviously, but then a race prepped Demon will be much faster than stock. I just think the original comment was kind of not based on any real facts.
you mean exactly on what they’ve been spending their money on?
Out of curiousity and since you say you worked in the engine’s development, in terms of physical exterior dimensions, I’ve heard and seen how the Ford Modular engine is quite a bit physically larger than the Small Block Chevy like the LS engines.
Name one time a stock GT 5oo on slicks broke into the 10.40's. A Hellcat did it on drag radials and vp110
It won’t run 9's?
Drag racing people can prep their cars to go much, much faster than stock without much effort or money at all. Saying that a prepped drag GT500 will blow the doors off a stock Demon isn’t really saying much. And things like removing the dashboard, air conditioning, interior door panels, carpeting, seats, sound…
OK. So if FCA rolls out this car and says it can go from the showroom to the track and run a 9 second quarter mile with a full warranty, youll be like “MEH I CAN PUT MODZ ON ANY CAR” then you’ll never be happy.
Good points. It would be neat to see a ring and pinion swap in “The Crate”.
Aww, but where’s the fun in that?
It’s called 60 foot times....
I would be willing to bet money that it is only available with an automatic. The real question is which one?
Good points.
Don’t be surprised when this is auto only.
