I’ll never forget the massive letdown that is AV Club: The Kinja Years.

Scary Movie 5 is the point where you think the movies got bad?

I thought he was often funny on SNL, but that was undercut by his “breaking” during sketches. Professionals don’t do that shit on the regular and it became clear that Fallon did it for attention.

Is it “think” or “know”? No one is jumping up to defend Carlos Mencia now.

As Mike Stoklasa of Red Letter Media once said: "Jimmy Fallon? The only thing he should host is a parasite."

He’s always been a complete and utter knob. Right from the start. And listening to him now, on that new podcast with the 4 other late-night hosts, really drives home how truly talentless he is.

Rolling Stone says the publication contacted more than 80 current and former employees of Fallon, and none agreed to go on the record about their experiences or had positive words for Fallon.

I even went out of my way to say “within the films” you dumb jackass.

Sigh, you’re the worst kind of dumb fucking nerd who can’t wrap their mind around the idea that people were actually alive and watching these movies as they came out and I’m talking about the experience of watching them and trying to get anything out of them for the decade between Episode One and even the beginning of

That’s true. It’s just exhausting having to mentally jump through all the retcon hoops just to get to a state of not despising the story we were initially given. The Clone Wars has barely, BARELY, made the Prequels tolerable. Even so, I can’t engage with a Prequel without the crushing knowledge of how it made every

Agreed, I feel like a period of galactic disorder makes the most sense after the First Order War. It would provide an interesting backdrop as the Jedi try to redefine themselves.

I’ve seen more than a few reviewers complaining about the “stupid” Republic Senators in the latest episode of Ahsoka, and one has to wonder if these folks have ever encountered actual politicians at any point in their lives.

Well, no, there wasn’t. You’re right there.

I don’t like the idea of the New Republic failing so horribly because it means that Luke, Han, and Leia lived long enough to see their victory over the Empire crumble to ash and then died, but given that the sequels locked Star Wars into that path I think the recent shows have done a good job of explaining how that

Episode aside (which I enjoyed mostly and commented on on avclub), can I ask about Kanan Jarrus here? Watching rebels, my understanding of him was that he was, at best, a middling jedi, who happened to make it this far out of order 66 by sheer luck.

Anyone who hasn’t seen it should immediately go watch the Documentary “Nothing Compares.” I learned so much about her fights, her struggles, and her crusades that took me from simply admiring her as an artist to seeing her as one of the greats and an exceptional human being. There are so many highlights and so many

This is a show built heavily around the use of antisemitic and antimuslim conspiracy theories in order to create a paranoid feeling of terror and helplessness in the main characters and audience. But to get there it sacrifices its goodwill in creating its single best metaphor for refugee crises. And then it has the

Yeah I can’t imagine MCU fans enjoying this show.... I know there’s a whole toxic section of the fanbase that cry when they have women leads or progressive storylines... but this isn’t even that.

It’s just so boring and long and nothing...

It’s nice that MCU fans finally have their The Rise of Skywalker.

Hopefully this

My concern when the episode list first leaked was that it looked they were just gonna comment on pop culture/society things they missed between Fox and Comedy Central’s run. Like the Apple spoof or the faux-Obama guy needing an “Earth certificate.” But they eventually found a balance.

It’s Star Trek. There are a million and one ways to resurrect him as he wasn’t vaporized.
