Yeah, Paul definitely comes off as that group leader on a project who decides he’s the point person, so he makes all the decisions without asking, so lost in his thoughts that he talks over everyone, then wonders why nobody else is contributing.

Yeah it’s an overwhelming intellectual laziness. I have family members who are otherwise smart and competent people, engineers, and whatnot. But they don’t really seek out anything besides what’s in front of them. They also can’t spell and they Capitalize things in Weird places.
