I just love how they drive for miles and miles and don’t explode.

I am no longer a young man. Bring on the marshmallow suspension and reliability.

As someone who used to sell cars, I tell people all the time: To get the best deal, go to the dealer at the end of the month, the end of the (model) year and ESPECIALLY on a rainy day. No one goes car shopping in the rain - except you, and they will be desperate to get a sale that day.

The difference is not the in tools. It’s the creative vision and mastery of the tools, whatever they may be. A meh photographer is going to produce meh photos regardless of equipment. A good one is going to make beautiful art with a cardboard box with a pinhole in it and some film stuffed inside.

I’ll leave this here.

The GTV is certainly worth fixing; those are $50,000 cars now. How  many are there? The link doesn't work.

I firmly believe this is one of the best looking cars of all time. If only they weren’t so incredibly rare in the US.

Lots of plastic in that model though

Swaps steel for aluminum...and yet retains the wood.

Because that would turn a $5,000 trailer into a $50,000 trailer while also halving the payload it could carry.

It’s time to be honest.  There is no Bob, is there?

You seem like a man with experience. Creepy unnerving experience

Drove an Aerostar cargo van on a coast to coast tour of Canada in 1997 with a buddy.

By brother drives a dually because he works construction and hauls heavy equipment. You know what else? He can park that bastard perfectly between the white lines in a parking lot. I was with him when he parked and we both mocked all the big SUVs and lifted bro-trucks who were taking up two spaces or out in the lane

Somehow, they need to add a supercharger — then they can call it a Leaf Blower.

I like where this is going. There’s also the bigger Electric GT motor that’s being developed.

Ugh. That made me audibly groan. Have a star
