@Niomo: Were you playing the game just for Gamer Points? Points don't make a game any more or less fun than playing through the game on its own. If anything you might get more to do or find yourself playing through the game a couple times more, but that shouldn't be the determining factor in liking a game.

@DrLucian: God was behind it all from the beginning. Give it some weird LOST twisted logic or something.

When will people learn that sequels for games are not always needed?

@Norm the Alligator: I just reread it and I missed the part where you were still playing as the survivors from 2. :( Well, I can still hope that they eventually let us play the new game with old characters.

My main gripe with the new one is I really don't like the new characters...this is awesome! I really hope they bring out an update allowing you to choose from all 8 survivors in the regular campaigns.

Private torrent sites are great living on the west coast because everying is usually posted and downloaded before it airs over here.

@wef:Which game? ME2 or AC2? I was going to buy both regardless, but after seeing the UK AC2 edition I was at least hoping something would come here like that. As soon as I saw something similar go up I ordered it. Had there been no good exclusive I would have bought the game regardless.

@wef: I was sold on the Assassin's Creed 2 exlusive edition...but this isn't exactly the same deal.

I went with Amazon...no tax, free shipping on release date, and oh...they had the limited edition which Gamestop would not let me order on their website. So basically I see this exclusive as something I would have to pay for if I went for it.

@Salen: I'm still using the same Corrosive shotgun I found halfway through my first playthrough (I just made level 50 and completed the first DLC).

@Faceless.Troll: I assume people with kids that watch the television show and played the original. Not all families buy the wii you know.

I hope he adds a controller each time a new system is released. He skipped a generation or two though...but he does have the pot leaf, which is most important.

As long as if't not additional in-game content I am fine. Would rather a physical art book and never watch/listen to the commentaries anyways. The soundtrack included on the AC2 bonus disc was a joke. It only contained a small fraction of the songs on the soundtrack and were only available on the DVD.

I'm hoping for more single player stuff soon.

I'm expecting this game to be a huge letdown. The hype for it has gotten so big I'm not even interested in playing it anymore. For the sake of others enjoying it I hope I am wrong though.

My girlfriend and I love this game...my high score is 168...and if you want to make it more challenging, put it on FFW.

I've think I will finally put some money down on buying this. I know it's been out forever, and I used to love the arcade...I think the time has finally come.
