@MrGerbz: Actually I'm hoping for a late 2010 release. Gives the new devs time to get it right (the original team left for Activision), and with the list of games coming early next year it gives me time with those...Dante's Inferno, Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2, Dead Rising 2 (that's already a whole lot of sequels)

I read it as "Run-away Girl" and couldn't figure out why she got to fly around the world.

@Shinta: Bones is Network TV, not Cable. At least with Cable we get Dexter and Mythbusters.

the combat was fine and does not need to go the direction of other FPS. You are playing a character with no knowledge of using a gun, which is exactly what made it feel more real. This mechanic also led to a lot of frustration, but at the same time made you look at what you were doing and allowed you to change it up…

@Prosthetics: Next will be the Civil War FPS where it takes 30 seconds - 1 minute between each shot, and you can't move while reloading.

@Hahaue: Agreed on Fallout 3 (I easily logged more than 100 hours on it)

@Stymie99: Borderlands would be at the top of my list had it not been for the horrible ending that basically kills the whole story.

They've been doing this with BluRay titles for a couple months now. I went out to Frys and bought a pack of empty regular cases to replace these.

This news comes a lot sooner than I was expecting.

@Super Violent St. Cannon- GOTY Edition: Just picked up the expansion for Borderlands...my first playthrough was with Lilith and I felt she started out kinda weak, but near the middle she starts getting awesome!

I don't play it because I like my girlfriend, as well as having a girlfriend.

@logikil: Amazon seems to be price matching a lot of stores, yet the in-store deals this year suck. I wouldn't expect much of anything.

you could potentially get $30 off these deals. A couple months back they had RB2 at a $89 deal, if you signed up for their CC you got a $30 credit. Basically paid $59 for it and paid the CC off that month.

@IvanTheOcean: There were some really good songs in Lego Rock Band. A lot more britpop than I was expecting...which is a good thing.

I've been wanting to pick this up, but AC2 was higher up on my list. Hear it's a lot of fun, especially if you love dinosaurs. I will be picking this up soon.
