I went ahead and left on the social stuff, so not everything is blocked. In my day or so of using it, seems to be going well.

Ok, I just enabled a bunch of blocking with Ghostery. We'll see how this changes my web-browsing experience. I may have overreached, having blocked ads, analytics, and tracking.
