C’mon. Modern AV Club isn’t worth defending unless you’re paid for it.

As a kid I always imagined a sequel where Gizmo had to turn into a Gremlin to fight back.

I hope she and Imogen Poots get cast together in a movie one day.

Um... you know that the swinging Spider-Man at Disney’s California Adventure is a robot, right?

Gtfoh with this bullshit. You know damn well that this story (assuming it’s true) isn’t simply about someone “changing their mind about something.” You also know damn well that if Boebert simply had a “personal opinion” about abortion, there wouldn’t be a problem. Guess what, everyone has a personal opinion about

He’s 100% full of shit. The only thing he’s rethinking is how he can possible get laid.

Then why doesn’t he renounce everything he’s done? Why is he still in hiding trying to get laid by lying about himself?

“If you’re on a path that leads nowhere, you have to rethink things”

This feels like an, “Anything for some p*ssy” approach to life.

If he’s seriously reformed, I think he owes it to the country to be much more public about it. Explain his reasons and show that he understands why his previous positions were so awful. He wasn’t just some random conservative who saw the error of his ways, he was a white nationalist leader.

Huh, it’s almost like the industry might be changing so that white men aren’t automatically granted success.

But she doesn’t introduce herself in the hologram. She doesn’t say who her father is, either. It’s clear that she expects him to know who her father and she are. So far, the hologram makes perfect sense along side this show.

That doesn’t “break canon” at all. Just like retconning Vader into Luke’s dad in ESB/ROTJ didn’t break ANH, and making ROTS didn’t break ANH, either.

No reason for Leia to say that in a message. No reason for Vader to say that, either.

Why would you assume this with two episodes to go?

1) Not how mind tricks work.

This is not “the last time” they met.

I’m personally shocked that this presumably 30-something reviewer doesn’t get the same level of excitement out of this that a 6-year-old would, and doesn’t seem to understand why that might be.

I don’t think it classifies as a “pandemic” if there aren’t any government measures and mandates in place anymore.

Constantly spreading a virus that’s killed millions and getting sick sounds like a blast.
