Remind me not go flying with you...

You sound like you’re ready for the Krypton Old Folks Home.

Now playing

lol I was watching a Ghibli film yesterday (Kiki’s Delivery Service) and it kinda just put me in that headspace.

In the early evening, just as the sun fell behind the trees - a gale blew from the west just right, and I heard the mournful cries of a broken man...

Be careful with those Sumerian translations.

First off, giggity.

I wouldn’t necessarily agree. We test drove almost every small and midsize non-luxury CUV last year and were not impressed by the RAV4, at least not the ones below the Adventure trim. Toyota and Honda have both let off the gas on their vehicles lately, they know they’ll sell based on their reputation so no need to try

As someone who drives a 4Runner, previous owned a 2012 legacy and 2016 WRX, and lives in WNY, I feel I’m qualified to give an opinion.... DONT DO IT! The AWD of Subies is much better than the 4WD of the 4Runner. Not to mention the 4Runner’s stock tires are garbage. You gain maybe two inches of ground clearance and

Two Subaru guy also needs to realize that he can figure out his dilemma with a loan calculator in the time it took him to write Tom.

This logic is entirely too sound for the internet. Away with you! But seriously, you’re totally right.

Where are those silos of popcorn kernels? Nowhere near the wild fires I hope.

His stage name wasn’t Eddie Creative Commons...

Most folks aren’t car enthusiasts, they just go out and buy whatever size crossover they think they want for the lowest price they can find. If they’re buying new, it’s sure to be a nicer ride than whatever they were driving before. That’s an oversimplification of course, but not by that much really.

I’m not saying it would make sense for a single person, but for a family with children (who already have Disney+) $30 would be considerably cheaper than seeing it in the theater. Of course, you still wouldn’t get the theater experience. But hopefully not the COVID either.

1st Gear: China is subject to different trade rules than Korea and Japan, which means their niche is destined to be lower-end products. Simply put, once Chinese manufacturers are saddled with the extra costs of bringing Chinese cars here, they can’t be price competitive, even with the most bargain-basement economy

If I had to guess, I’d say a Buick is trying to be a GM-branded alternative to Lexus? I’m not even sure what I mean by that. Nicer than the Chevy workhorse, but not Caddy levels of upscale?

I can definitely understand waiting a few years, so that you’re not interfering with the tours too much. On the other hand, it seems plausible that you could easily gross a ton more from a recorded version of a show than you’d lose by undercutting theatrical runs. Filming Hamilton likely didn’t cost more than a few

I don’t think that’s a fair assessment of Maverick’s arc, which is actually pretty textbook. At the beginning of the movie he is motivated by the memory of his dead father, ostensibly disgraced during Vietnam. Maverick thinks he can come out from his father’s shadow by being the best fighter pilot in the Navy. He

Although I entered the theater with super low expectations, I thought Welcome to the Jungle was really, really good. Way better than it should’ve had the right to be. I saw it because I was really trying to get a World’s Greatest Dad coffee mug from my kids on Father’s Day. I was not successful. But we’ll be going to
