Water cooling really adds an unnecessary layer of complexity and with some of the massive heat-sinks that you can but (i'm using a noctua hd-14) there is little reward for all the extra complexity. Hell I have two systems that run noctuas with no fans passively. Silent and reliable PCs are much more rewarding.
