Yup, typo. This is why you don’t post before coffee. House, not Senate.
Unpopular reality here, but if you wanted the Democrats to have the Senate, you have to change the functionality of the election/voting laws. Make no mistake, the 2018 Midterms were the highest voter turnout in the United States since 1914 (for midterms). https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2018/11/19/18103110/2018…
The quote “it was sorta good television” really hits home to the point that this individual really doesn’t understanding this world, their position, or their actions within it.
Look, we already have an incest president, Hickenlooper. Back of the line, your shtick has been had; tell your mama I hope she enjoyed the film you shared, you fucking capitalist weirdo.
Used to live in Richmond awhile back, one of my favorite cities to have the opportunity to inhabit.
Preach that gospel to the people who need to hear it.
You honestly sound like a great time.
Sorry, I’m just used to a bunch of greasy (usually pedophilia defending) neckbeards who listened to Jordan Peterson one time get the idea that just because correlation and causation are not a 1:1 ratio, science is suddenly invalidated and all correlations are disproved.
Cool. I didn’t say that it was the cause. I chose my words specifically. Thanks for playing!
Hey! Remember when I definitely said “correlation and causation are one in the same, and this applies to all persons the world over, no exceptions!”
Oh heck yeah, it’d be tricky to nail down all the variables and get people to conform to a specific study protocol that wouldn’t be much more than a pre-post testing, but it’d be an interesting research question - especially when looking at the increasingly lifelike representations of humans in video games as a whole.
There are some studies (that you can look up! Pubmed can be accessed by anyone! If you actually cared, you’d do the footwork (that’s to anyone, not just you Dake)) that indicated a correlation between men viewing pornography at a high level with dissatisfaction with their partner and increases in infidelity.
Yeah, no one should have let him make Django. We crossed a line there that he gleefully keeps stomping on.
Executive orders can go pretty flipping far. The one thing that the GOP has done this time around that will bite them in the ass if a DNC member ever takes back the presidency is this: created a long line of precedent for some atrociously authoritarian behavior to legislate through the Executive.
This country becomes increasingly exhausting.
Was it the male-on-male rape use as a joke? Was it the fetishization of black men? Could it have been that the women were only caregivers who fawned over the strong tough men?
Hate to admit it, but, yeah. This is him shouting “fuck you, the Dems are proving they’re not going to get serious. The GOP will protect me tooth and nail. No one is going to march against me. I can do what I want when I want [becuase the system is deeply broken].”
We already are. Social mobility is low, you pretty much die in the economic class you’re born into.
There are methods that are clearly outlined to enforce them. The DNC just doesn’t want to get involved in the enforcement because it could cause a Constitutional Crisis or conflict among the offices.
