@Matt0505: I would guess because it drives traffic directly to cbs.com instead of hulu.com. At cbs.com you don't have to compete with every other network in advertising the rest of your shows.

@zrag: Riverhead is a town of less than 28,000 people. Scanning a google map of the area can't take more than a day. Making a note on houses with a pool into a GIS map is trivial. Sounds like an incredibly effiicient use of time.
