I think portion sizes are what’s really changed. I know people mention everything having hormones and corn syrup in it but the amount we feel is normal to eat has changed a lot too. I have antique dishes and I simply can’t use them along with modern dishes because the scale is so different that they practically look

Jokes on you, I won’t bite.

It is as long as it doesn’t contain milk!!

DARK CHOCOLATE...wait, that’s not vegan!

IMO the success of a diet isn’t measured by how many pounds you lose, it’s how many pounds you keep off in the long-term. So if you kept off that one pound for the next few years, that’s honestly much more impressive and health-positive than if you lost 30 pounds but gained it all back (and more) within a couple of

Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) sloppy joes (or chili, burritos, etc.). You’re welcome.

If you trade in convenience for time, it gets a little better. For health reasons I can’t do vegan, but I do try to go low carb, heavy on veggies, moderate on healthy fats (salmon, nuts, coconut, avocado) and lean meats (mostly chicken, turkey.

Everything’s in a package! PROCESSED. That’s expensive. Shop at outdoor and farmers markets as much as possible.

As always, shut the fuck up Tomato.

I’ve been really curious about that particular vegan butter for a while, since seeing another article about it praising it. You’ve pushed me into the mind that I will pick up some to try it out next time I’m at a store that stocks it.

The grapeseed oil version is the best plain one IMO, and the garlic aioli is pretty good too, and any of the Vegenaise is 1000% better than “sandwich spreads”. I prefer an egg based mayo but I think that’s mostly in my head as I’ve spent years using this stuff due to other people’s vegan-ish tendencies.

I’m actually really curious, are you following the recommendations in the 22 day program, or just going vegan? Does it cost money, and if so, what do you get?

Remember when he supported banning Muslims from working in the meat-packing industry and he said, “I don’t want people doing my pork that won’t eat it.

The Miyokos butter is hands down the best non-dairy butter out there.   Their other products are fire too - most notably the roadhouse cheese spread and the classic double chive cheese wheel.  My stubborn non-vegan friends will kill an entire tub/wheel of either one whenever I pick them up.

Why don’t you just get “I’m a complete asshole” tattooed on your forehead and save yourself all this keyboarding time?

As a fitness professional with over 30 years experience I’m obligated to ask the same question I always ask whenever people do these “diet plans”. What are you going to do when the 22 days is done? Now let me say this. While I applaud EVERY SISTER who engages in taking charge of their health and improving their lives

Somebody mad about the truth about American history?

That’s some olympic level reaching. Wanting to squat with your laptop is not the same as having child.
