Im constantly exhausted. I wake up and have about two good hours of feeling energized and good to go before it will drop quickly and I spend all day exhausted/fatigued/sleepy.

I’m tired from the second I wake up until about 9 pm, then I’m wide awake when I try to go to sleep at 11.  I’ve tried changing my routine up and avoiding screentime after 9, but nothing seems to work.
