Cameron is a friend of mine and I have ridden in that car on track. It is, for lack of a better word, perfect. He’s done beautiful work on it.
On paper this should probably be worth somewhere near the asking price. The pictures raise too many red flags. For that price I shouldn’t have to fix anything, and there are lots of little things to address here. Crack pipe.
You just need the average for that, you don’t need a specific forecast.
This applies to road cars too. Everything rode so much nicer before the unnecessary monster wheel and rubber band tire fad took over.
The CBA wouldn’t have any impact on this — it’s not an employee safety issue w/r/t employees covered by the CBA, which is about the only area where the CBA could potentially limit owner actions.
