I recently went down to Florida to look at an ‘85 MR2 with only 41k miles. Seems pretty good, right? But it lived in the northeast much of its early life, and had more than enough issues to walk away, from a pegged-on-high temp gauge, to coolant that looked like chocolate milkshake, to a volume of rust on the

From the “what the hell kind of name is that?” pile...

That 64th AGRS aggressor F-16C shot is a once-in-a-lifetime photo. Totally awesome. Thanks for sharing it.

Holy shit.

Damn. My 72' 914 with carbs scored pretty high on this way back when the original quiz was posted. It does terrible now. My current WRX wagon and S2000 don't score me much better today. I guess it's time to buy a Volvo 544. Also, I just realized I've been reading Jalopnik for 7 years now.

Have you forgotten about the Egoista?

Eternal Champions is missing from this list. :P

That Moonbeam McSwine sure gets around.

I learned on a '94 Geo Metro 3-door with no tach. World's most rubbery shifter. I did so dutifully, so that I could have a chance to drive my dad's '94 Z28. There wasn't much thought to it. I just learned. I bought stick cars for the rest of my life after that. It was only after riding a motorcycle for a while

Thanks for the article. Would it be possible for you to frame this in terms of the developments that are happening in air forces of other countries? I wonder if this is an effort to keep up with the Joneses. Is there any merit to that?

For now, the WRX is good enough. The new body is great, but all the improvements aren't there for the STI yet. I'm betting the same thing will happen with the STI in 2015 that happened with the WRX in 2009. Nice bump in the power 1 year into the new body cycle. Guessing it'll be something like a 330hp 2.0 running

I used to hit it at least once a week when I worked right by FIT. Combo: beef, lamb, lettuce, cheese, hot sauce, halal sauce. Pure magic. Now I live in Central Illinois. No such good things here.

You did not include Rafiqi's. Your argument is invalid.

I'd bet the farm that most average people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the pictured car and a Z4, especially the way it's cropped. I mean...somebody already made the mistake.

Gust fronts are not the same as tornadoes, kiddo. When you see debris flying back the other way, then it's time to worry.

It's not clear how often storm chasers are killed in the course of their profession, but it seems relatively uncommon considering how experienced many chasers are.

Kessen! Was like nothing else I'd ever seen before it.

Where is the e-brake?
