Huh. I don’t wash my legs (unless they’ve got dirt on them) and I pee in the shower. I’m disgusting, apparently.

And it’s sterile. It’s not like you’re shitting dirty feces in the shower!

I kind of get why that make sense to some people, but I need to feel an actual form of “scrubbing” to feel like they’re clean. You know, like when you wash your face and it feels clean, but then you rub that cotton ball with the toner and there’s still some dirt that comes off...

naw man. as someone said upthread, tits, pits, and bits.

I also don’t scour my legs as if trying to get caked-on grease off because that caked-one grease is seasoning. It improves their flavor and prevents them from rusting.

It seems almost everyone pees in the shower. However, I’m experiencing the same level of shock at the non-leg washers as I did when I read that some people stand up to wipe.

I’ve never even heard of people doing that, but if that’s the case they should just move them lower, you’re right.

I’ve always thought that he was kind of a joke. I preferred Cudi back in the day, anyway. Of course, only one of them is still making music that’s relatively worth listening to. And it ain’t Cudi. :[

That info was on her iCloud. She was travelling overseas and wanted to make sure she wouldn’t be fucked over if she lost her IDs.

I have a friend in her late thirties who’s kind of losing her shit because she hasn’t had kids yet and talks about the two abortions she’s had like she beat a homeless person or stole her senile grandmother’s jewelry for drug money. It makes me really sad.

I love you. This was one of the best episodes of the entire season.

Right? And it seems to me like even when a celebrity does admit to an abortion, it’s couched in “I was very young and I still feel terrible about it.” (e.g., Niki Minaj.) It’s rare for people to talk about having had an abortion simply because they didn’t want children right then, and Naya was brave to tell this story.

Honestly, good on her for talking about this. She’s very brave to do it— the vitriol against women who exercise their constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy and have the gall to talk about it publicly is always pretty brutal.

This jumped out at me:

“It was very scary to open up about everything... It’s not something a lot of people talk about, but I think they should. I know some people might read it and say, ‘What the Hell?’ But I hope someone out there gets something out of it.”

Fucking snorted my drink.

I agree, the word is used with extreme frequency when it comes to nudity. I think people like having “power” associated with their bodies, especially when their bodies are their launching pad to other businesses. Some people who start out trading on their looks DO use that capital to build new careers. Like Amber

I agree there is nothing wrong with it - I don’t mean to sound prudish. But it does seem at times that empowerment (if you’ll forgive the word) is now reduced to such displays. It would be nice to see the energy and the confidence asserted into other dimensions of identity.

His friends gave him this nickname. His fucking friends. Like it was a big fucking joke. “LOL, you know our good buddy David and his penchant for raping unconscious girls.”
