Maybe because the leadership of Flint is Democratic. Or because the emergency manager of Flint was a Democrat. Or because Flint, run by Democrats, has no money to fix the problem. Or because regulatory agencies failed to protect the people of Flint. Maybe a widespread governmental failure makes people more skeptical
