That’s odd, cause the receipt checker at the exit asked my wife one time to open her backpack (our infant daughter was in a baby carrier and the backpack was one of those glorified diaper bags).

Without the expansions, you won’t hit max level nor be able to do any of the new quests/story line, etc.  So it’s basically a free demo in hopes that people will then shell out the extra money for the expansions and then the yearly pass.
