Avocado oil is rich, with a nice and thick consistency. Those with more acne-prone skin may not find it ideal for face, though. The other thing to watch out for is shelf life mind the expiry date - avoid using rancid oil. Don’t know about the collagen building aspect.

To avoid soap/facewash, you can opt for using an oil (like grapeseed or sweet almond oil) or a makeup remover to take off your makeup.

I use as-is, no prep required. If wearing makeup, first wash with mild soap/face wash, then use a dry spatula to scoop a little honey on your fingers. Massage onto your face and rinse. Key is getting 100% pure honey from a good source. I say 100% because the most commercial brands are usually solutions of some honey…
