Why does the car still have a windshield wiper? Its NOT going to set a record lap in the wet.

Assuming 2300 lbs weight, left side at 58% should not exceed 1,334 lbs. The car had 1,341 lbs at 58.3% - so 7 pounds more on the left side than allowed.
