And those stats are lagging way behind from what I can tell; it basically updates the number just once a day, so the 995 has been there since early this morning. Since I've suddenly seen so many responses and comments about it today, I'm rather curious to see just how much bigger that number becomes once it refreshes

Sorry about that; it should be last time that an update will require you to re-enable. The Chrome Store did that because I added sites (io9 and Gizmodo) and therefore the user has to verify they want it affecting those as well. The only site left to add is Gawker itself, and I'm being a little stubborn in holding off

    I respect your logical precision.

    io9 is now in. : )

That's amazing. I will now have to actively seek out a use.

That picture is frightening. Reminds me a bit of the classic Pink Floyd / Roger Waters song (the final track before they split, incidentally) "Two Suns in the Sunset."

Many thanks for the kind words everyone. Allow me to drop in a link to my recent post on Kotaku that answers a couple of questions about the extension. : )

I guess you could just glue the headcrab over his face and it'd look alright.

Yours is the only report like that I've seen, and it's working perfectly for me right now as well. It might be that you just need to update the extension, and when updating, it sometimes will disable it until you click the "Enabled" checkbox again on your Extensions screen in Chrome's preferences. When I added support

Plain text links test, out of curiosity.

Much like asking someone's favorite Beatles album, I feel that it largely comes down to when the game released in alignment with other events in your life. Final Fantasy VIII just hit at the right time for me in college, so I remember that one fondly even though it's hardly the greatest. I also later replayed FFVII

    Hello self. Okay, that's working.

    and another

blueTunic is testing something, ignore my posts here. : )

    This amuses me.

I like your icon and your use of the words "apropos" and "yesteryear." My kind of discourse, that is.

Well, I always race with the Wii Wheel in Mario Kart (the only way to play!), so I'm cool with air-wheels like these. But it sure looks ridiculous.

Man, I love those old Tiger LCD games. I never played this one.

I respect your opinion on Kinja, but even though it is "organized" (so to speak), its biggest problem is that it greatly discourages reading, which should be crucial to commenting. Given that it takes a million clicks to navigate the discussions, most of us will never make it past the first few promoted comments,

    So many Benjamins!!!
