Some amazing costume work, photography, and more went into that image, all performed by a set of talented women. But I have no doubts that many will see it and think nothing more than "video game fanservice for males."

I was going to say the same thing... but I need to bite my lip and avoid my usual "science fiction has been dumbed down by fantasy" rant.

Now there's a sad tale of education gone awry. Here you found a way to connect to the project and were more motivated than ever, yet a misunderstanding by the teacher (exacerbated by the age / culture gap) threw it all away, and probably had the result of further discouraging you from caring about any future

They did use a lot of graph paper in the early days at Nintendo.

It's certainly for Mario 3, because it uses Buzzy Beetles on the ceiling, the "wood" looking block tiles, giant enemies (from World 4), Toad minigames, and more.

The image seems to have uploaded just fine. And I find it hilarious.

Tech and engineering jobs as a whole are only enjoyable if you get to actually think and come up with novel solutions to problems, not just iteratively

I believe it was sort of a counter-nomination choice by the editors, since some had been nominating a post (written in binary) that mocked a young lady's teeth for not being perfectly white. I was similarly surprised that anyone would make a big deal about that... I suppose I'm one of those who finds slightly

The topic wasn't "more Mario games." It's Mario Galaxy, which we've all come to realize you didn't play.

I'm sorry, benzitor, blazenhosen, babozawan, and all other odd names that just showed up, but this one is simple:

So that explains it. I thought I was just confused and couldn't remember how to use them properly.

I... feel like I've solved this before.

Not all Mario games; most don't even have a story. But the first Galaxy game is unique to the franchise, and truly contains some remarkable storytelling work, as Panko above was also saying. It's the reason why I personally found Galaxy 2 to be a tremendous let down, and have come to doubt that the first game will

    Precisely. But even more damning:
