Thanks same to you. I'm trying to learn how to cope as best I can. I think McKean played that scene perfectly. It hit very close to home.

Nacho not letting out a "KOBE!" after he landed the pills in Hector's pocket is a level of restraint not seen since Cranston didn't break character after getting that pizza on the roof of the garage in one take.
I'm sorry I could only make it through like 30 seconds of that. And I adore Lena Headey.
Did he make him sing "The Bear and the Maiden Fair" and drown out his guest's vocals?
I was gonna say "Tuco was born a lunatic" but then remembered the scene of Hector nearly drowning one of the twins when he was just a young boy so who knows what that sick fuck may or may not have done to Tuco as well.
Yeah, I agree I don't think Howard's a bad guy. Just it seemed like he went above and beyond in that particular instance where the punishment didn't really fit the crime. But I can see how it was "tough love" to someone he saw as a protege just at the time it seemed like he was being a dick just because he could.
It's such an odd and scary phenomenon going your whole life doing something like, say, running into a convenience store to grab a drink and never even thinking twice about it until you develop (social)anxiety/agoraphobia/other types of mental illness and a task that you've done a thousand times becomes this huge…
True, it doesn't exactly drive up employee morale though. Although I'm sure he is much more interested in being feared than liked.
He's just dead on the inside now!
Because panic attacks are a motherfucker and no matter how many times I have them and don't die/have a stroke/heart attack/seizure/go insane in that state I can't access the rational part of my brain and remind myself of that, instead it's just "WHAT IF *THIS* ONE IS A REAL EMERGENCY?!"
We've basically seen the emergence of "Krazy 8" over the past few weeks. As soon as Nacho had to beat his ass for being short on the count he looks like he lost a lot of that innocence. I know the money is good but man it's frustrating watching guys like him and Nacho who have other skills and aren't cold blooded…
I had forgotten about that but yeah I mean he took it a little too far for something that she had no control of. It's not like Howard didn't know Jimmy well himself or that he was putting stock in a candidate based solely on what Kim told him. Neither one of them could have foreseen his outrageous behavior at Davis &…
Yeah, who knows what will ultimately happen with Kim? Maybe she goes on to a good life. But I don't see any way how Nacho and his father make it out of this unscathed even if Hector goes down.
Have you checked out guys like Dave East and Joyner Lucas? There are still young guys (Joey Bada$$ and Action Bronson among them) who have a much more throwback sound.
I like the dichotomy between how Hector treats his employees like Krazy 8 and Carlos like shit by not even acknowledging their presence with how Gus treats both his legitimate employees at Los Pollos Hermanos and even his illegitimate ones like Mike, Lydia and Gale so well.
Also Howard has always been a bastard to Kim seemingly for no reason since it long predates any of the Mesa Verde stuff. So seeing her tell him to sit his ass down was satisfying.
They are certainly amping up the "Slippin Jimmy" stuff and this was Howard at by far his most likable. It seems they're heading that way.
Watching Jimmy refuse to just let Kim take care of things while he gets back on his feet (literally and figuratively) is painful. Hubris runs strong in those McGill boys.
I felt a lot of sympathy for Chuck this episode. Largely because I sometimes have to revert to the "literally naming things that I can see to distract me from the overwhelming feeling that I'm going to die" in places like the supermarket but also his newfound self awareness and acceptance makes shines a whole new…
Seeing him in the cast for Spider-Man: Homecoming made me a lot more excited to see it.
