So...

If I wasn't busy enjoying my life and my not-found-in-college life partner, I would create a US Book Tour of "LET'S GO HECKLE" where everyone who hasn't been coast-to-coast since The Grateful Dead and/or Phish could get in a caravan and just follow her from state to state, drinking and heckling our way across the USA.

I really hope that she does a book tour so I can show up extra boozy and booby and heckle from the front row.

I was just going to post an eyeroll GIF before I remembered that I had this in my folder. This works, too.

It wasn't bad - It was just unexpected and weird. But it wasn't dim :) It was dark. That salt lamp was pretty small!

I dunno that that's true either, though, and it's awfully broad in its use. I mean, plenty of college grads were rational about risk/reward.

Thank you so much. I argue this point ALL the time. A college degree has become what a high school diploma used to be: the bare minimum you need to get by. Not only does this mean just graduating high school is now totally devalued, but it means people who get their Bachelor's now feel all the more pressure to go on

I know you're joking, and I won't get into the specifics of why the American Dream is itself a load of bullshit, but I'm of the opinion than the "collegefication" of the job market is hurting average people as much as outsourcing has. By requiring post-secondary education as a minimum standard for even entry level

Can we stop for a second and discuss how absolutely stupid it is that instead of trying to make a job market for non-college grads, we now try to cram everyone, regardless of ability or desire, into a college degree?

I don't even understand why that matters. Say my husband and I have a conversation and I leave the room. I pick up my loaded gun because, hey, I'm an American. Then I come back into the room, 4 hours later. Then he says, "I'm going to kill you, you fucking piece of shit bitch." So I shoot him, as is my right. No

I call bullshit on the concept. The odds of a coin landing on heads is 50% for each flip. It does not drop to 25% on the second flip. Likewise, if the certainty of a test is 99% accurate, then every time that test is done, it's 99% accurate. For the same reason that playing the lottery does not increase your odds of

Even if she had found a way to leave the house, she would have been out but Angry Dad here would have still been there... presumably with her child(ren). So she didn't get out of the house and instead fired a warning shot with the purpose and consequence of not hurting anyone.

This state attorney needs to be FIRED. She is so incompetent it is just plain and simple HORRIFYING. So a white man can kill a 17 year old boy but that's only ATTEMPTED murder not murder, a crazy man can chase down another boy and scare the hell out of him but hey the thug is the boy not the guy who SHOT THE BOY

The fuck!? Didn't they just give some blind guy back his weapons after she shot and killed his friend. He had a previous domestic violence charge and I believe an assault charge. This woman didn't even hurt the guy.

all this coming from the justice system in a state that just failed to convict an actual murderer by the name of Michael Dunn of, well.....murder.

I was sharing my story, son. Not asking for recommendations via interwebs. Let me call up a bunch of strangers who don't even know my state. Come on, now squifsteer.

Can I complain here about how fricking awkward it is to be getting physical therapy on my lady parts? My physical therapist is nice, but it is so weird to have a stranger see your business and stick her hand in two times a week. I think it's been helping (she can actually stick a finger in to do internal work now

Why does this stock photo exist? And has the photographer ever actually participated in a gyno exam? Also, why can you see both of the women's faces but the dude is all covered up. I have so many questions and I haven't even read the story yet...
