I just never bothered doing anything with the goddamn people. They’re boring. I loved building and designing the houses, so I just used the unlimited money hack that was going around at the time (this was years ago) and built giant mansions on huge pieces of land. I wish I still had them to look at, actually. I built

Whatever, if it gets a few people to actually vote, I support it.

I’m glad that someone with her level of influence is trying to get more politically involved. I can’t wait to hear the insane antisocial people on Twitter call for her to end up on the guillotine because she’s not a Maoist or whatever.

Kesha sounds like she’s having fun making music again, and honestly, that’s 75% of what drew me to her sound as a kid. Loved this so far over my first couple of listens, and I’m sure that’s only gonna keep growing.

An A? Just an A? If there was ever a time to pull out the A+, this was it. This will go down as one of the best series finales ever.

Don’t be ridiculous. Scarlett Johansson plays Japanese roles.

So this Chinese-American woman will be played by Scarlett Johansson right?

Kevin’s plot was like the writers realized he hadn’t done anything in a few episodes and reached for the strangest story direction they could think of.

Ross was the only character to date outside his skin tone. If Schwimmer pushed for that, that’s not a bad thing. And isn’t that kind of what we want white actors in general, and white men in particular, to do?

I recently listened to an interview with Jesse Eisenberg on the Conan O Brien podcast, and he was really open about some of the aspects of fame that suck (for example, he talked about how despite being very liberal, he keeps his politics to himself since being a celebrity isn’t the same as holding public office for

ABC’s Emergence (which weirdly gets zero coverage from Gizmodo) has been pretty good, too.  Clancy Brown and Tolman are reliably excellent.  And I also love the guy who plays her deputy.  And Bennie.  I’ve never seen either of those actors before but I will pay attention in the future.

Nobody is watching it live anyway. The delayed ratings are OK and given they extended the episode order for the season, I think ABC will renew it. It certainly deserves it. Really turned out to be a delight of a show.

WB and Netflix still work together on some projects, though. Most recently, AJ and the Queen, which was released a few weeks ago. They also have Sabrina and Titans. The CW deal ended last year, but some of their shows will still end up on Netflix, so the relationship hasn’t soured yet.

I love when they get shut down so hard that they don’t even respond.

Or he, unlike you, is aware Ted Turner bought most of that back catalogue in the 80s, so most of it now belongs to Warner.

Well fuck, now I gotta root for Netflix, since they’re the more likely of the two to throw money at George Miller for more mad Max content.

In case some people don’t know, when we talk about MGM’s back catalog, we *don’t* mean all of the MGM movies going way back to Clark Gable and Greta Garbo. At one point in the 1980s, Ted Turner bought MGM and then sold it a few months later, but he kept the back catalog (up to that point) to run on his cable channels,

I love that the creator used the phrase “made total sense” in reference to anything Riverdale.

Right? I’m disappointed it’s not.

The TV show “The Fosters” with Teri Polo was an excellent look at this topic as well
