That's true, while Lapis and Peridot had more jokey/gag episodes since then, it's sad that Connie is not used as much. I remember talking here, I think a little bit before the "Here Comes a Thought" ep., about how I was disappointed the show didn't feature her in some of these adventure episodes, and this is still a

I completely forgot it was tears!

There is also the controlling plants and giving them sapience part. And the fact that her healing abilities can create dimensional portals inside organic beings, which kinda make it much more impressive than just healing. But she could have been designed for some special situation, I guess

I mean, it's more of a concern that this will all be offscreen? I hope not.

I think that's likely

I hope so, I'm afraid of that because I'm thinking about how back when Lapis and Peridot joined the gang they were sent to the barn and we rarely see them in these gem adventures, even when it would make sense for them to be; they were not even in the group shot at the end of this bomb. I also felt they were relegated

that makes sense

There is already people theorizing Pink Diamond wasn't shattered and she is the thing inside the mysterious chest inside Lion's mane all along and at this point in this series I cannot rule out this possibility.

It came to me today that Lars getting portal powers only shared with Lion could make his role in the series being solely of serving as a tool for Steven to go from Earth to Homeworld, and I hope that's not what happens. It makes uncomfortable.

he is a pacifist, but he doesn't have trouble resenting or being angry at people as the show progressed. Besides, my point is to whom he decided to focus his empathy, the Diamonds.

I wrote like two versions of a reply one longer and other shorter, but basically I wish this came sooner, without the magical context, and I would have rewritten the Lars and Sadie relationship from scratch, with a more balanced focus on both of them without the "wait and see" approach that the SU crew used it. It

Oh, well, yeah, that makes sense too.

D:

i'm calling the police

I'm trying to not get into other SU discussions in other websites, because there isn't a time I got involved into one that didn't make me regret it deeply short after. Mostly I want to try to think about the last episodes for a longer time to see if I like or not where the show seems to be going.

I know that, this was one of the reasons for why I thought the Bismuth episode was so bad narratively, since it makes the war metaphor of the episode feel nonsensical and makes her seem even more irrational with the Breaking Point idea, and Rose more morally invulnerable.

is she red too? I didn't notice. Have I suffered with the curse of The Dress once again…

I see a lot of people talking about it as a shot to the Steven Universe fandom, but I don't see it. To me Ronaldo felt more like a commentary about male gatekeepers in geek spaces combined with a metaphor of self-identified "allies" in social justice movements that make it about themselves instead of the marginalized

I'm still waiting to understand why Rose Quartz seem to have so many abilities. Was this by design? is Rose the only Rose Quartz that could do all of this stuff? It brings questions.

I'm kinda sad that despite Steven knowing about the gem experiments, the cluster and that several gems were shattered for it, and what the Diamonds did that turned the remaining ones into monsters, that he still thinks that Rose killing Pink Diamond was so unforgivable. I was not expecting Steven to think it was
