Giving up is always the right decision.
Giving up is always the right decision.
I don’t see any lazy writing here, just something you don’t like. It hurts to watch the world change around you, doesn’t it?
Let’s say I’m at work and someone offers me the choice to do more work or less work and get paid the same amount? Personally, I chose less work. I think Mr. McCarter made the same choice and I respect that.
I dunno if everyone sitting in courtside seats is doing it to flaunt their wealth (maybe at a finals game.) My dad used to get courtside seats to Rockets games in the 80's once or twice a year through his work that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford. It was super thrilling to sit and watch from so close.…
I have a terrible brain and always forget JVG is on ABC’s broadcast until I hear it voice. My wife was confused when I let out an involuntary “MOTHERFUCKER!” when I heard his voice before game 1.
Deadly Class didn’t really deliver on the action in a satisfying way, either. Lazy fight choreography.
I can’t believe you spent an entire week stewing just to come up with that. :(
oh fine, they force me to put a helmet on my 9-year old but let this guy ride without any safety equipment on.
I think it would have been a problem if he was turning the ball over, but he only had 2 turnovers.
I think they should play basketball championships more like chess and lock the teams in separate sound-proof booths to really get an accurate sense of their respective skill. Ultimately, basketball is a game played in the mind.
Agreed. I wouldn’t call it stupid at all. One of the reasons the Raptors kept getting such wide open looks was that the Warriors were focusing on him so much. If he stopped shooting and handling the ball they wouldn’t have had to focus on him any more.
but do you enjoy it as much as you enjoy spewing ridiculously untrue platitudes as the gospel truth based on your personal experiences? ;)
My favorite part of NBA.com are their hard hitting news stories. Did you know, for instance, that Kawhi Leonard is staying calm as he prepares for game 1?
I’ll bet you’re as shocked as I was.
Same. I foraged for blue berries for years and ate them without rinsing them as I picked them and it only took be until I was 28 to get salmonella.
I think it goes way, way deeper than that for you. I think your sense of justice is tied to the idea that mean people must be getting punished in some way while nice people must be getting rewarded in some way.
This isn’t the case. There’s absolutely no punishment or drawback to being mean to people. In fact, it’s rewar…
lol. at least you’ve got the “toxic” part of “toxic masculinity” down. i’ll make sure to work harder to be more attractive to strangers online in the future. ;)
Those are cats in those time machines, by the way, not humans.
Probably a bad idea to bring the Infinity Gauntlet into your X-Men movie, guys.
you get the gold star among the dozen or so gray replies that missed out on the fact that i was obviously joking.
congratulations. i make my comments for people like you.
The original artist for this is a guy named Nick R Fazio (posted by him on May 22nd) which both NowThis and AVClub just sort of don’t care enough to mention.
Great job internet.
