Thanks. I do have a FoodSaver but have never tried it with paper. I’ve noticed that sometimes a FoodSaver will have tiny spots where the bag doesn’t touch the meat (which isn’t surprising) and was wondering if you’d seen more of those. Thanks for the response.

I’m curious about the double wrap. What does that add over just vacuum sealing? Seems like it would leave room for more air to hit the food.
