There are cash grabs and there are cash grabs and then there’s this. Different gameplay, different setting, different characters, different story ...... same franchise? Ok, Konami.

MGS fans are already mad at Konami and tacking the name onto a game that isn’t Metal Gear in any meaningful way isn’t going to sway them. Everybody else would be just as interested if it was named something new.

I haven’t been able to try the beta, but this game has such a free-to-play / lootboxy kind of vibe to it. I liked the idea of them adding a single player campaign, but it seems a little tacked on as the bread and butter is the online-co-op which just doesn’t seem all that fun

No disrespect to the developers, as I’m sure they are working hard on this. This seems like an idea born of reusing as many assets as possible from MGS:V. Only thing missing, is all the loot box crap I bet will be implemented, and the main reason for this thing existing.

Sure on this. But then he 1. Should have a age barrier so kids don’t adapt this shit. 2. Shouldn’t get money of this. 3. YouTube has rules, they should enforce them on the right events like this and not delete other and really censor them for no really good reason.

Don’t you realize that the internet banning together to fuck up someone’s life is like a Black Mirror episode? I’m indifferent to what he did, but even if I had an issue with it, I wouldn’t be going around yelling about what I personally consider to be morally correct.
