I have to give it to Motoi Sakuraba. I have not found a soundtrack of his that I dislike. And, as a bonus, it's pretty easy to tell when he has a hand in a soundtrack. I started playing Star Ocean 4, and as soon as I got into battle, I said "Yep, this is the Baten Kaitos guy."

I'm going to go ahead and say Rhythm Heaven Fever as a 10; it does what it sets out to do incredibly well. Wonderfully catchy music, an art style that suits the game perfectly, and a great variety of minigames.

I love Prequel. I know nothing about Oblivion, but that's not been an entry barrier, so I have to give the author credit. My heart breaks every time something bad happens to Katia, though (which is all the time).
