It’s not that automatics or manuals are better, it’s that those of us who love driving stick don’t give a flying fuck.

Not to mention no STI ever released in the US was ever under 3,000 pounds.

The FWD corolla right now weighs 3,000lbs. I don’t see an AWD version of it weighing less than this. The Golf R weighs 400lbs more than the GTI, and 500lbs more than the base Golf.

Nah nah nah nah I can’t hear you!

I’m going to pick on the Supra because it fits my issue best. Sorry in advance.

I still remember when I first saw the video of the Rick Mears pit lane fire, followed shortly by Danny Ongais’ wreck at the 1981 Indy 500. What an intense scene, and amazing he was able to come back from that and continue racing.

Yes haha I am a hypocritical bastard sometimes. But I did learn my lesson and bought a truck that exists instead of reserving a Lightning .

“...carbon steel, which helps to prevent corrosion. The Brightliners, by comparison, are made of stainless steel...”

No sunroof in my new car has been a real downer. So many good memories of my old W126 Mercedes with the massive sunroof. Having no A/C really helps sell the sunroof on an old car too.

The WKUK sketch on Anarchy is honestly wonderful.

I may be cheating, but...

Normally, what you want to hear is a single, high-amplitude, low frequency sound that’s brief and has no tail. Closing the Versa’s door gives you this brief, high-amplitude sound, except there’s a tail to it…”

You are my hero.

Why do we normalize testing on public roads? I wouldn’t want any preproduction system like this driving on roads with pedestrians and other drivers, self driving or not.

I’d say it’s silly to run radar in a keep, but then again I live in the middle of nowhere southern USA, king of the speed trap towns. The kinda places that put up a 25mph speed limit and ticket people 5 over for “safety”.
