I was (and to some extant am) in a similar situation. However, I managed to lose a lot of weight basically just focusing on what I was eating and walking as much as I could.

My apologies if I’m repeating other folks here, but I’d like to make a couple of hopefully not-super-rambling points that will lead to an alternative on possible fixes beyond “burn down the food media and start over.”

So, how do you stimulate the growth of fruits on your tomato plant? My tomato plants are HUGE and have no fruits as of yet.

Yes, but we are specifically talking about chefs and kitchens here, so atomic grade whatabouttery is irrelevant.

That only works if you have enough staff to send a real reporter to cover the story and the story is more important than any of the three others you’ll be giving up to cover it.

With the cuts in print media and activist owners not many have real investigative journalists anymore and few have enough to waste them doing exposes on things everyone kind of already knows about and has done for years given that the food industry is infamous for bad behavior.

Not sure if you’re aware: fake ID mills are a thing, and they’re a lot better at it than kids doing it themselves. It’s been a while since I was that age, but I imagine you can still buy convincing ones if you’re willing to pay a premium.
