Let’s stop tying health insurance to employment benefits entirely then. If only there was any way to do that

wow way to be less than Kroger, only need 12 hours a week to keep insurance at Kroger.

Yay for doing the bare minimum and keeping things shitty.

This is my “shocked” face...

Yep. I love how many people live in this fantasy land where a company can provide the same product/service for less money and make a profit without any tradeoffs. And nobody ever question it because of course government is bad at everything.

And I guarantee - 100% that the new company managing the food service in the schools will provide a poorer quality product (if that is even possible) at a greater expense to the district. And I guarantee that the justification that the switch is based on economic efficiency.

“ .. “either to the incompetence or negligence”. Sounds about right for most government run stuff.”

No, the answer is a lot more simple and obvious:

Apparently the external company, Chartwells, was already planned to take over as approved by the board last week. Apparently all the staff was planned to be retained through the transition.

Great series, though if any of those episodes include Bernice Clifton (Alice Ghostly), then its gold in my eyes.

I didn’t realize how much I have mirrored Julia Sugarbaker in my adult life until having re-watched the series over the past couple of weeks (thank you, Hulu). Growing up in the ‘90's and watching it on Lifetime, Ms. Sugarbaker was a one-of-her-kind! Bea Arthur was kind of a crotchety old lady that I aspired to be

The biggest problem is the cheaply made lingerie they carry is easily found, in a variety of sizes that VS refuses to carry, in a million of online retailers at a lower price point. They are not the only player in the game for “sexy” stuff, they are not aspirational and they are not inclusive. It doesn’t even matter

That header image is a perfect illustration of that. I’m sorry, but wtf is any of that crap. It looks like cheap, quasi-bondage wear. I scoff every time the commercial with that line comes on TV because it’s so ridiculous.

I’m a 32 DD (ish) and even then I’m generally stuck with the beige/black/white basic bra land in most stores. Anything interesting has to come from online.

They could start to carry sizes people need. Few people really, if their bra fits, fit in the 32-28 AA-DD cup range.  I know I don’t. I’m a 34 G and no store just allows me to shop for pretty bras easily.  The nearest place which physically carries my size in almost 2 hours away.  I haven’t visited them in nearly 10

They’ve always sold a man’s idea of what’s sexy but to women. That worked until it didn’t, when there was a major cultural shift in customer tastes. Younger generations rejected their fantasies and everything about the brand became gauche and outdated. They refuse to get with the times and they are determined to die a

It was the only place my mom shopped at for lingerie, so as soon as I started needing a bra, that's where she took me until I was 18. I spent my whole adolescence under the impression that underwear had to be uncomfortable, unflattering, and in loud, tacky colors.

Their stuff is overpriced, scratchy, and doesn’t fit well. I’m surprised they are still around.

They should make underwear for real women not fantasy women or angels.

Victoria Secret makes underwear that is designed for what 14 year old girls think boys think is sexy.
