Why am I not surprised that a company that supports trump thinks strip clubs are an acceptable business expense?

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
Your post needs to get bumped up to the top, or maybe Jezebel can put those links on the front page. It is too important.
I’m not a Cool Girl, either, but I love a good whiskey neat. And I don’t care if you spell it whiskey or whisky, as long as it is smooth.
I know. I have seen at least one of the workers there for several elections, now, so I hope that she can set him straight if there are any problems, but it concerns me that he might mess up the ballot of someone who doesn’t vote regularly.
Yeah. I have run a couple shorter ultras (never run a marathon) and done a bunch of triathlons. At the end of a long race, loved ones and volunteers will ask me what I need or if they can get me anything, and I can do little more than grunt and try not to fall down on them.
Maybe I should look some of those up.
Every time I hear about a guy proposing during a race or at the finish line, I instantly hate him. Way to make her hard work and accomplishment all about you, dude. Way to not give her a minute to shine in her own spotlight. You ever notice how seldom a guy will propose at his own race?
I have hope that voters are fired up. However, I am concerned because my state has enacted voter ID laws AND I had to show a poll worker how to use the voting machine this morning.
I like dark rum, so I am partial to a Batiste (2 parts good dark rum to 1 part orange liqueur such as Cointreau) or a rum sidecar. A true whiskey sour is also good, or you can substitute maple syrup for the sugar and have a maple leaf.
That was really interesting (I followed the link to the full article). I had given up on blind baking because of failures, but I might have to try again using that technique.
If everyone else is cold, definitely say something. If servers are busy running around, they get hot and can turn down the thermostat. I have seen a restaurant I worked at get down to 60F because the servers were trying to stay comfortable and didn’t realize how cold the customers were.
Somehow, I ended up on the republican mailing lists here. I hate the destruction of trees, but I am happy they are wasting their money by letting me know who to vote against.
I voted 10 minutes after the polls opened this morning. There was already a short line, and despite being in a predominately white country, I was the only white person there. I hope that bodes well for voter engagement, but I do suspect the other voters saw me (white, middle age) and assumed I was voting republican.
Tipper was not an elected official. She only had a voice because her husband let her abuse his elected office.
It was led by Al Gore.
Sure we are. This is the logical course the republican party has been on since at least the 70s with Nixon. Reagan was no saint; he was all about racist dogwhistles, funneling money to the top, and fame over substance. Remove the anti-Russian thing, and he was a proto-trump.
Yep. And she deserved hate. And her husband deserved hate for letting his wife use his elected office for personal uses like that.
And they can’t do that holding it between their forefinger and their thumb?
