Years ago I went to a BBQ rib festival. The vendors didn’t make nearly enough ribs (at it isn’t exactly something that you just whip up) and it was really expensive. It was advertised as getting a lot of ribs for the entrance fee, but it ended up being something like one rib from three vendors. Worst festival ever.
