It is hard to dress a giraffe.

I am sure that Twitter will be flooded with gop politicians condemning the arson and stating their commitment to protecting victims who speak out against their accusers.

I wonder if they will try that model here.

I am always surprised when I see a Sears or Kmart that is still in business. For a long time, Sears at least had appliances and tools, but I think they have sold those off. Why would anyone shop there?

It is all part of the victim blaming. This is just like women saying “well it never happened to me so it must be something you wear/project/do”.

They will probably be issued cell phones from work. The phones can still be used for personal purposes, but much like the computer I am typing this on, assume no privacy.

Same thing that happens at businesses with this rule in place—you give the school your work cell phone number.

I am surprised that this wasn’t already in place. Many businesses only allow work supplied cell phones to be used at work for these reasons. The phones may still be used for personal use, but with the understanding that anything they are used for may be recorded/archived.

Can anyone explain what the Department of Homeland Security has to do with voting? That seems very suspicious to me.

What the ever loving fuck? I hadn’t heard that.

Hmm, Cheetolini just released a press statement saying that the country as a whole finds him to be unreasonable and refuses to work with him, so he is going to take his ball and sulk in the corner.

I think the gif froze when I pasted it. He bawls like a baby.

Sometimes Kinja gets weird and starts taking away stars, so it isn’t you.

I think his surprise is that it happened to his daughter specifically.

Screw leaving him to the boyfriends and fathers. Let the women he has hurt have a turn at him.

That is how I see it. He has always been extremely supportive of his daughter (see his reaction to her winning an Oscar). Weinstein caused her real harm as opposed to stepping in Paul Sorvino’s territory.

He was basically the proudest dad in the world when she won an Oscar.

I can only think of one other female character from that era (the teacher/love interest on Andy Griffith) who worked or was single after the age of 20. A few years later, we did see Miss Hathaway, probably the first lesbian on TV.

She was basically a censored version of Peggy Olson.

I started following her on Twitter, too. She seemed really sharp, like there was no sign of mental decline. Have you heard what the cause of death was?
