The facts are not exactly as written. The reason why blacks are shot more per capita? They make up 13% of the population but commit over 50% of violent crimes & homicides. More police interaction with violent criminals = more likely to shot. Statistics, how do they work?

Another factor that isn’t being discussed is age. If your a child running around, black, white or whatever your probably going to be alright. It your a middle aged man then it’s a whole other story. I agree race issues are inflamed right now, but age plays a role as well. Use some common sense.
