Cottage cheese in guacamole. Sounds weird, but seriously tasty. Just mashed avocado, cottage cheese and your favorite jarred salsa. Add a squeeze of lime and you’ve got a 3 (ok 4 if you count the lime) ingredient guac that is creamy and addictive.

I drink Bulleit all the time. Good stuff!

Redemption Rye

Go for it. You’ll find ways to use it. Campari and club soda. A splash added to a glass of prosecco (better yet, in a bellini for an herby kick of color). Classic negronis. Or Campari by itself, a’ la Steve Zissou.
