It’s got it’s “kitchenette” thingy hanging out of the back of it too, which is going to hurt it a ton.

You make a decent point, but there are plenty of other factors here that aren’t adding up. It almost feels like a family member was in on the theft. Knowing so much about the owner, where and how it was stored, and the condition of the car, and being able to forge enough documents to convince a notary is just a little…
You missed the point I replied to... A ‘vert Trans Am in ‘68 would be rare as all hell (if it exists at all... and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t). I wasn’t commenting on the options of the stolen car, but was replying to what you actually said about stealing a T/A instead.
Serial # is not a VIN (which is what I intended to say). I’ve never heard of anyone bothering to plate, register, and presumably insure their tractor before (why??? triangle covers you) but I guess it can be done, at least in your state.
4 speed big motor drop top AND T/A? Even Sheikh Urbuti doesn’t have time to find that car.. There are only 8 ‘69 ‘vert T/A’s known (in any incarnation)... Not sure about ‘68 (I’m thinking none, but maybe?)
Nothing sucks on snow and ice more than a Panther with police tires. I miss them too... You didn’t even have to “run”.
No rust and from Wisconsin?? OK then...
Thats why I said it was a possibility...
Not my work, but I agree.
The problem with a slick is that it would coat with dust/sand and become actually slick.
Then again, they did crash.
Obviously the Cammy owner was trying to relive some Poncho glory.
Clip is from Hazzard in Hollywood, the best Dukes of Hazzard movie EVAH!
I thought all F bodies had this option?
How does one get some thing notorized without presenting ID? The only time I’ve ever had to use a notary it happened to be someone I had known for 15 years. She still looked at my ID and wrote my DL # down. Obviously it had my name on it and I signed, you know, MY name.
Except Gone in Over 2 months. This is actually scarier.
Yep... And no one is going to stop Sheik Urbuti’s new car when it comes off of the boat on the other side of the trip.
