You make it sound like the Royals had nothing to do with the Mets playing badly. The Mets were the better team when they played the Cubs. They then met up with the better team in the Royals.

I would posit that very few teams would have taken advantage of those chances. That’s like saying that the Mets beat themselves because they relied too much on the homerun for their scoring. When in reality, the Royals pitchers did a fine job of limiting both the homerun and other scoring chances.

Hollywood isn’t capable of better. Sad, but true. I mean, you would think it can’t be thaaaat hard to come up with a new movie premise that uses an all female cast.

I cut the cord because I had no desire to watch commercials. So if I’m willing to completely stop watching television, because of the forced commercials, then I’m damn sure don’t have a problem with using adblock for the rare occasion I go to youtube. I don’t watch ‘channels’ so I guess I’m not really taking much away…
