You didn’t lie, both were pretty awesome. His cadence reminds me of the overly excited tourist guy, who is completely unrelated to this thread, but also pretty funny.

Small comfort, Green Album does include Island in the Sun, which is a delightful little ditty that still feels very Weezer to me. YMMV, of course.

For me, swap Hash Pipe’s sweet 26 slot for Pork and Beans. In fact, put Hash Pipe at the very end of the list. For whatever reason, that song grates on me something fierce.

I’m now eager to find an Opal apple! I’ve always hated Red Delicious because the skin tastes downright bitter to me, but used to truly love Golden Delicious. Unfortunately, at some point in the last 20 years, Golden Delicious turned soft and mealy and just gross.  I hope Opal keeps the dream alive.  

Based on the trailer, I would watch the shit out of that movie. Kind of disappointed to hear it’s only meh.

I read the books out of order, checking The Vampire Lestat out of the library at the impressionable age of 12. I had no idea Interview With The Vampire existed at the time. I went on to read Queen of the Damned when it was released and followed it up with IWtV. I didn’t follow the rest of series after those first…

Whoever’s job it is to choose article images has really outdone themselves on that header image today and deserves a raise. That pic is....wow, it’s something. Upon seeing it, I wanted to laugh at the absurdity of trump, but mostly I just feel uneasy and kind of sick.

The new line on Delta, told me last night by a woman brimming with confidence that her source (her husband, who read it on FB) knows the “real truth”, is that the Delta variant is being rampantly spread by those who received a vaccine.

Michael Shur did play Mose, but other than maybe speaking to Angela one or two times, Mose only really communicated with Dwight. I can’t see him suggesting Mose have such an interaction with Kelly.

Seriously. They were predictable, but I still jumped in here to read with a glimmer of hope. I wish I had skipped them.
