You said it before I could. I have unabashed love for this movie and wouldn’t change a single thing.

I will never unsee that last pic.  Please expect to be internet sued for emotional damages.

I did think Parker Lewis had Harold’s fussiness and tendency to be arrogant down pat, but outside of that, he didn’t really fit the role.

I had forgotten about The Soup! You are very probably correct.

Thanks, Piyo’Pa!

Regarding Joel McHale being mistaken for Ryan Seacrest, isn’t Joel McHale exceptionally tall and Ryan Seacrest very, very short? If I were Joel McHale, that would bother me the most. I say this as a very short person who may be completely wrong about Seacrest’s height.  He looks short, at any rate.

As someone with a slightly different spelling of a common name, I sympathize.

Yeah, I was surprised the OP brought that one out as an example of overreaching. The beginnings of the songs are so similar, I don’t understand how they didn’t just give Got To Give It Up credit (or however it works) before releasing Blurred Lines.

I sold my soul to make a record, dipshit. Then. You. Bought. ONE!”

I love Kill Bill both Vol 1 and Vol 2, but Vol 2 for two specific scenes and the rest of the film is just filler to get to my scenes. *spoilers, if that’s even necessary for such an old movie*

Thank you for the suggestion! One of my friends also recommended this one to me. I haven’t tried any of the comedy/funny ones yet, this has now been bookmarked for next week.

I feel like bees and ants already have the structural requirements needed for a functioning civilization, they’ve kind of earned their shot, haven’t they?

I’ll definitely do audiobooks, too, but I can only listen to books I’ve already read before.  I’ve not checked out an audiobook from the library before, though,  Do they download straight to my phone?  Something I need to research..

You’re the second person to recommend that one and the first to tell me it is British.  I’ll put that one on the list as soon as my Timesuck Black Dahlia episode is over.  Thanks!

Who says you can’t take yourself and your cute outfits out to lunch every day?

I’m happy to report I have a new job that I’m kind of in love with after quitting the cesspool that was my employer for the last five years back in May. Having said that, I now have a commute, which I didn’t have previously and, in the interest of not hating all my music by the end of the first month, I’m dipping my

1000% accurate, sadly.

The acting, particularly by the girl who played Leigh (Alexandra something - I can’t look it up right now) is what I remember dragging it down most.
