I beg you all, no matter how tempting, please don’t feed the troll. You know which one I mean. It’ll go away again, as it always does, but only if you starve it to death.

When Varys learns Jon Snow is really Aegon Targaryen, rightful heir to the Iron Throne, he could decide Jon is the best bet to unite the Seven Kingdoms and bring peace to the realm.

You bet! And thanks to you for giving me some lunchtime viewing!

Made to be Broken. That’s the one! Although, I just read his record was crushed by four days, but his story is still wonderful and inspiring.

The Dawn Wall is the next one on the list and will be watched on Saturday morning! Having not yet seen it, I still agree with you that the accomplishment on Free Solo has to be far more impressive than The Dawn Wall. My boyfriend disagrees strongly and says after I watch The Dawn Wall, I’ll understand. He used to be a

I haven’t, but I’ll watch it today during lunch. Thanks for the tip!

They did actually feature the Cliffhanger story in The Valley Uprising! I didn’t realize it was based on a true story, being years since I had seen the movie.  Funny to think they continued smoking all that weed, even knowing it was infused with jet fuel.

Seriously!  The kid is a beast!

I finally got around to watching The Last Jedi this weekend. I liked it fine and don’t understand why people were hating it so much. It wasn’t the greatest film of all time, but felt like it fit right in the rest of the series. Maybe I just don’t have the same dedication to the series as others, but that is my

As do the best of us.

As a general rule, same, especially with regards to spoilers. I would hate to spoil and ruin something for a person who doesn’t live for them like me.

Trump told KSTP that Omar had “a way about her that’s very, very bad for our country” while defending his tweet from last week.

We’re just asking questions...

I don’t care about spoilers and find spoiler culture dumb as hell, please don’t fight me on this

They must have been at the front of the line. I think Brienne was hovering just behind Sansa when Jon & Dany arrived in the Winterfell courtyard.

Hands-down my favorite scene in this movie! In the midst of an extra angsty young love breakup when I first saw this, I identified with Corey rather than the two main characters.

Huh. I’m a little surprised, but at the same time not. I guess they didn’t think anyone had been paying attention to the characters they had been writing for over the last several years. As far as the actors go, they can only perform what they are given, so I place no blame on them.

Agreed what you said to the other poster about the fake fight serving zero purpose, but it’s even less believable (as a viewer) that their arguments played out in a way that was at all in line with their characters.

That was my assumption, too.  They knew he’d be lurking in a corner to eavesdrop on their fight and it was staged for his benefit.

Stannis and Jon Arryn both knew about Joffrey prior to Ned sending out the ravens, though, didn’t they? I thought their knowledge was the impetus for Jon Arryn’s murder, as well as why Stannis fled King’s Landing for Dragonstone.
