After denouncing the bad-faith grifters who glommed onto his star, Kanye West has—knock on wood—so far managed to uphold his promiseto stay the hell out of politics.

I really do think WA state is the most beautiful. Maybe everyone feels that way about the state where they live, or they feel the exact opposite, but I’d say we have to be in the running for the top 3.

Lost it when she ripped a giant fucking flag out of the bear’s body.

Will mid to late spring do the trick? I realize those leaves were changing in the photo he posted, but as long as the trees aren’t barren, I think that should do the trick for me.

Simply looking out the window would give me a little fortitude with that view. Sincerely.  I’m excited to drive through now that I’ve seen what’s on the other side of those mountains.

That photo he posted of Logan was off the charts beautiful. Logan has now been included in my route for my next road trip to see my Dad.  I’ve always wanted to go farther east and drop down through Denver and Santa Fe.

I’ve heard that, even from an aunt who is LDS. She thought it was hilarious when I told her how much I loved and wanted to someday retire in northern Utah.  That actually ruins the fantasy far more than my political differences.  But, I’ll still dream it.

It’s official. Logan it is. Please still feel free to bury me next to any cows you can find.

I should be more specific. Green trees are very important to me and, with the exception of Zion, there weren’t a ton of them in what I considered “the desert part” of southern Utah.

That is GORGEOUS! Is that Logan?

I’ll make a point to detour to Logan next spring when I take the drive south again.  Thanks for the tip!

Because I live in WA state now, green. and lots of it. is a prerequisite for beauty to me. I can appreciate how stunning the southern part of the state is (Snow Canyon was a southern Utah favorite on that road trip), but it doesn’t feel like home to me.

I’ve never been to the town itself, I just pulled up a map to see where 84 met with 15 and Tremonton was the most clearly marked. The pass between Spanish Fork and Soldier Summit was another favorite, but not enough green to do the trick.

Arches, Snow Canyon and, especially Zion, are all gorgeous in their own way, but the southern part of the state didn’t hit me like the northern part did. It was also late spring when I drove through the first time and everything was green and lush.  Deserts don’t do much for me.

Thus cementing the fact that I’ll never be able to talk my boyfriend into retiring in northern Utah.

I can’t even imagine how difficult it would be to put all those threads together even when he was younger with a sharper mind. I don’t expect he’ll ever finish, but I do hope he admits as much to himself and gifts us his blueprint.

But we are not like you. And you should be grateful to the Most High that we are, unequivocally, without a doubt, better than you.

Generally I don’t notice it, but his mudflap isn’t pulling its weight in this shot and I immediately pulled up the larger image to point and laugh.

I love it because it fully shows how bald that vain piece of shit really is.
