I eat several pot pies a week. They used to be Marie Calendars until I tried Boston Market’s. The crust is super flaky. So good.

Agree with $15 Porto being excellent for cooking. My only problem with it is I would never drink the stuff. I’ve taken to using an inert gas to extend the shelf life after opening (Private Preserve). Works great on regular wines, too. Now my mouth is watering thinking about Porto pot roast.

A generous 6% savings rate at 7.5% annual returns nets $600k in 40 years. 4% of that is $24k. Supplemented with Social

Most people in the US will make less than $40k annually in retirement.

After I discovered the MEGA Backdoor Roth, I didn’t need the Roth 401k’s effective higher contribution limit. I contributed $58, 500 in tax-advantaged accounts last year. Some unfortunate wrinkles to this approach, so it’s not possible/advisable for everyone.

Traditional > Roth

Democrat is intended as an insult when Democratic is the correct word. Pretty effective insult given how twisted your panties are.
