Its not necessarily “good” though. Debt repayment doesn’t do much for economic recovery. It makes the eventual recovery more stable but it slows its approach. Money spent on loans sit very fluid. Big banks tend to be pretty conservative with their money. It would do much more to get quick local economic improvements…

I don’t think its quite so malicious. I think it had good intentions, but in my personal experience when trying to put anything through the USDA every aspect is watered down, compromised, blandified, and molded by someone trying to justify their position.

Some of the organic requirements and allowances are still a mystery to me, and this is the field I work in.

I used a wagon for years for field work. Seats permanently down, tarp over the whole back, filled it with plants, sample material, farm tools, all sorts of shit. And I had roof racks for irrigation pipe and other shit.
